November 6,13, 20 and the 27^th ,2013: 7:00- 9:00pm

Mindfulness and the Visual Arts  will teach the art of present-moment living through the hands- on creation of visual artwork.  .

No past experience in art or meditation necessary. Every class session will offer different art techniques to explore.  Wear comfortable worn clothing for paint drips will happen.
